Coach Certification Training for Managers & individuals Seeking Personal Success Coach Certification
DSN Coaching® offers a course designed to teach participants how to be an effective coach. The course teaches coaching philosophy and methodology and includes hands on coaching experience. Each participant works with a personal coach for an additional six months. A Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certificate is awarded upon completion of the process.
This course is open to corporate and personal coach trainees. Marketing strategies and company start up information is provided to all participants. An annual one day coach recharge session is held to meet annual recertification requirements.

DAY ONE

- Integrating new tools and structures to support client learning, accountability and effective follow-through

- The practice incubator -How to practice and strengthen natural coaching skill
DAY TWO
- The transformational power of coaching
- discover your personal vision, purpose, values and guiding principles
- Principles of mind mapping
- Designing your personal master plan
- How to put your life in alignment
- How to keep moving forward and on track while completing your master plan
- How to clear away obstacles and stumbling blocks
- Celebrating accomplishments
Tuition for the 2 day Coach Certification Program and 6 months of scheduled follow up telephone coaching sessions is $2,650.
What’s included?
- 24 Week Complete Coaches Training Program ( 2 workshops and six months personal coaching)
- Workbook for Your Training
- Certification Quiz to be administered at the end of your training program, must score 90%
- Graduation Diploma as a certificate of completion and notice of completion of training
- An Endorsement Letter provided by Coach Dianne endorsing your new Coach skills
Once the process is completed including the 6 month coaching follow up, the Basic certification certificate will be issued.
Coach certification fulfillment workshops are also offered for those desiring to become a Master Coach. This program includes completing 5 workshops. They can be done in person or as a webinar.
There is no time sensitivity on the completion of the workshops for the Master Coach Certification. However, the Personality workshop is a prerequisite to the Master Coach Program series.
This program is designed to take coaches to the next level of coaching and providing a more in depth foundation.
It is not needed to start coaching.
*Understanding basic core personality styles - 2 day workshop – tuition $1,500 (*prerequisite to all other workshops)
Objective: to learn the differences in each personality communication style, their needs and wants and how to help clients embrace their core nature; using a series of skills to discern style, passion and motivation. You will learn how to interpret the Motivation Trigger Profile.
Foundation for change – 1 day workshop – tuition $150
Objective
To help each participant understand clearly the fundamental rules for change; learn how to help their clients apply the rules and accomplish change.
Overcoming perceptual blind spots – 3 hour workshop – tuition $50
Objective: For each participant to become aware of perceptual blind spots and recognize that these blind spots create distortion in their perceptions of the world. You will also be shown how to identify situations where blind spots stop progress and how to move clients past them.
Breaking the Drama Triangle Code – 3 hour workshop – tuition $50
Objective: For each participant to become aware of the many dorms of drama triangles that support negative behaviors; who pays each part and how to pull the plug on it. You will learn new skills to help clients through the removal of such behaviors.
Why People hold onto Fear/shifting the focus - 3 hour workshop – tuition $50
Objective: For each participant to begin the process of accepting fear as a natural process of life; to gain tools to help facilitate clients to begin moving forward again.
Letting go of the Past to create the future - 3 hour workshop – tuition $50
Objective: For each participant to understand and recognize the source of and the harm done by automatic thinking from the past and how to bring about permanent and lasting change for themselves and their clients. You will learn tools to stay present with thoughts and actions to create a future you choose rather that allowing the past to repeat by default.
Conflict Resolution Model – 3 hour workshop – tuition $50
Objective: For each participant to understand the effect their own perception of others has on the treatment they receive from others; using this information to implement a conflict resolution model designed for work as well as personal interactions.
Visualization techniques – 3 hour workshop – tuition $50
Objective: For each participant to learn and use visualization practices for goal creation and focus.
Marketing through social networking sites – 3 hour workshop – tuition $50
Objective: For each participant to walk through the different social networking sites and learn to navigate them effectively and how to maximize their marketing budget.
