Dianne M. Yancey, CMC, is President of  DSN Coaching ®  She is a sought after speaker for conferences and organizational gatherings throughout the country.

Her style is fun and energetic. As a coach Dianne guides clients through the process of clarification using as a core to all of her coaching Understanding personality communication styles and helping clients gain the skills necessary to stay motivated and focused.

Her Communication Connection radio show was recently recognized as having the fastest growing listener ship on the network.  The show evolved out of Dianne’s desire to focus on communication styles and interact with her audience in meaningful coaching ways.  She spends time during every show answering emails she receives from listeners on personality communication styles and encourages call in questions.

She also writes articles for Wasatch Women Magazine.  Her community involvement includes serving on the board of Utah’s first Lady Mary Kay Huntsman’s “Power in You” program focusing on at risk teens.  This program helps teens build better self esteem as well as education intervention on a variety of issues teens currently face with a goal of bring down the teen suicide rate. In 1990 she received a gubernatorial appointment to be the first Director of the Office of Child Care for the State of Utah. And has had a positive influence by promoting parenting workshops and early childhood training.
