Coaching is: an ongoing partnership created to explore, discover, facilitate choice, and promote change in a client’s personal and/or professional life. It is sacred and unconditional. It assumes wholeness and presence with a desire to address and reach a goal the client wants to attain. It champions the success of the client! It allows the client to determine their own agenda, make their own choices, generate self-discovery, and create possibilities by managing the relationship they have with the circumstances in their life.
