Types of DSN Coaching 

 

Many companies loose money because of tension between co-workers.

Corporate clients:  We primarily target small businesses netting less that a million annually.  DSN coaches companies from start up through critical stages of development and team building focusing on personal communication skill development and strategic transition thinking.

 

Only 30% of training or seminar participants actually implement the information companies pay for them to have.  When you add a coaching component that number increases to an impressive 85% and add in house ongoing coaching and the potential for 100% exists.  Each person is coached individually so they can focus on what is important to them, creating meaningful problem solving skills.

 

 

 

 

Example:

Allstate Insurance Co., headquartered in Northbrook, has internal coaches on staff and brings in over ten external ones to give support to those heading all the new initiatives underway, such as the recent addition of new distribution channels and products. Wrong perception of coaching Corporate coaching has a history of intervention for lower performers, people who are in trouble. Not so at Allstate, where coaches are used for those who are already the very best performers,” said Dan Roller, an Allstate staff manager and one of its internal coaches.  For Roller, a high school athletic coach, corporate coaching breed’s very concrete and positive results. Personal Coaching:  Single or married professionals generally in their 30’s-50’s who are seeking to guide the direction of their life through creating and implementing a clear vision plan.  The average annual income for this group is $35,000 and up.

 

Anyone who has truly excelled in their personal life has had a coach, mentor, or someone who held them accountable and encouraged them.  The beauty of coaching is that the coaches have no agenda but to help their client achieve their goal.  They believe in the capability of each client to know what they want and accomplish it in life.

Family support coaching

 

The Motivation Trigger is used continually throughout all the coaching programs we provide.  It is a simple personality profiling tool that facilitates understanding and Communication coaching with families has proven to have a profound effect on the overall health of the family.  Dianne Yancey’s book, Parenting with Personality has become a highly requested format for parent and child coaching.  Relationship coaching using the same format is also a tool our coaches use to help couples create more healthy communication.  Coaching takes this information to the next level allowing parents to focus on individual children and work through potentially problem relationships.  Relationship coaching provides couples to explore the personality dynamics of their relationships as well as communication differences.  All of the coaching support focuses on strengthening the family unit.

 

 

 

Internet Audio Streaming Coaching (part of the website products- currently under construction)

 

Online coaching, training, marketing and communication are the wave of the future.  DSN has Video capabilities. Below is a summary of what this product does.  We have complete ability to create rich media content for group coaching sessions, presentations, training, marketing and product launches, etc.  Our clients can choose to view a web presentation either live or on-demand from their desktop.  We capture live events, like recharge retreats, and conferences, without any post production work involved.  There are no licenses required to create or view presentations.  We have the ability to:

1. Assemble and deliver learning content in multiple languages.
2. To manage and track our rich media content.
3. Consolidate training initiatives on a scalable, low-cost Web-based platform
4. Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
5. Mix face to face and online coaching.
6. Integrate with other coaching solutions.
7. Centralize and automate administration.
8. Personalize content and enable knowledge re-use.

Phone-based Coaching Programs:
During your initial session, you and your coach will design your coaching partnership, clarify your vision and needs, and create a strategy plus an action plan. All sessions are via telephone at the company expense.  They are convenient lasting only thirty minutes; fitting into the busiest schedules.  These phone-based programs include:

 

• an initial Welcome session to prioritize your topics and challenges, and determine your coaching needs
• assessments to help you get a “snapshot” of where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow
• admittance to our private clients-only website
• unlimited access via short emails

Four DSNCoaching Packages to choose from
Clients choose a plan that works for them. The *Basic Program is only for those currently in careers or moms (or dads) starting out who don’t have the time yet to put into the coaching but want to start a little at a time and go month to month.

 

Stretch and Expand Programs are for clients who are already somewhat evolved in a project or quest and interested in some focused sessions for additional to complete or fine tune. All sessions must be used during the year.  There is no rollover program.

 

 

 

Accelerated Coaching Program for clients with ongoing coaching needs and are willing to work at an accelerated pace. Includes:

 

• 16 telephone coaching sessions once a week for 90 days so the new habit is formed and then the remaining 4 sessions are anytime sessions or
• Use all 16 on an as needed basis.
• Unlimited access to the Personality profile tool
• Personality decoding packet

All sessions must be used during the year.  There is no rollover program.
